One of the key components for every company is the proper recruitment process as the highly professional staff serves as the fundamental for the company’s success. When it comes to speaking about the most famous recruiting professionals today we can’t forget about Stacy McNeiland.

Being a highly qualified professional in her industry Stacy McNeiland directed staff in producing consecutive, record-breaking, first time freshmen enrollment for seven years at UCO, representing a 32% increase in university enrollment. She was also taking part in directing university, state-wide recruitment efforts at high school, community college and community level.

Alongside with this Stacy McNeiland managed the Alumni Board of Directors and Ambassador program of 500+ members and volunteers. She also developed and managed new collegiate program, Central S.T.A.F. (Students Today, Alumni Forever), recruiting a record number of 1,500 members in four years. Stacy McNeiland was playing a key role during the development of UCO’s Adult Orientation program while participating and assisting in recruitment and overall execution.
