• Service existing accounts
• Establish new accounts
• Provide wireless phone and internet services
• Adjust content of sales presentations
• Focus sales efforts
• Monitor competition
• Recommend change in products, services, and policy
• Resolve customer complaints
• Contribute to team effort
• Maintain professional and technological knowledge of cutting edge technology
• Seek to both meet and exceed sales goals
Qualifications
• Communicates information effectively and persuasively across multiple settings.
• Ability to develop and maintain compatibility and patience with co-workers.
• Develops and maintains strong rapport with clients.
• Ability to close sales by addressing customer concerns, demonstrating empathy, and consistently moving the customer towards commitment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required-College Associates of Arts or Science degree or higher is preferred.
• Previous direct sales or outside sales experience is desirable.
