Curt Kramer Mazuma is admired by many for being a hard-working, self-made and successful businessman. Though busy with work, Mr Kramer Mazuma makes time to look for books during weekends to fill-up his library in his office. We are grateful for his commitment, energy and business expertise,” concludes Mr. Dwyer.
Aside from being a major contributor to the North Shore LIJ and being honored a few times by the institution, Curt Kramer Mazuma has sponsored other worthy causes such as Kramer’s Kidz Club of Schneider Children’s Hospital, Kramer’s Kidz Club of Children’s Medical Center, St. Jude, Contributor Children’s Medical Center and the Make a Wish Foundation.
Curt Kramer, along with Schneider Children’s Hospital, has discovered more interesting methods of keeping their sick child patients happy during their long hospital stays. The children are diagnosed with diseases that even adults find difficult to live with. This is where Curt Kramer Mazuma puts his foot down and decides to help the children physically, emotionally and mentally.
He founded the Kramer’s Kidz Club, which is an organization for children, housing activities and many events that are planned to keep the children happy and smiling. Curt Kramer, to date, is successful in his plans to keep the kids genuinely happy. He is able to do this by sponsoring interesting and fun-filled field trips to places the kids have probably never been to before.
He takes them to live games, such as ones the Mets play in. He also takes them to Broadway shows. He takes them to places by using his very own money. This is something he should be receiving an award for.
However, Curt Kramer Mazuma does not intend to receive recognition with regards to the help he gives the children. Fame is something he wants, yes, but only when it comes to his business ventures. When it comes to his philanthropy, he would rather be anonymous.
Schneider Children’s Hospital has found better ways of helping the children. They have been curing children who have been diagnosed of chronic disorders. Still, simply curing them is not enough. Curt Kramer, one of the biggest contributors of North Shore Long Island Jewish Health System, made the Kramer’s Kidz Club, in junction with the hospital’s staff, to help make the children happier during their hospital stay.
It is through this kiddie group that Curt Kramer has the opportunity of putting smiles on the children’s faces. He gladly sponsors the costly field trips that certainly make the children happy. He takes them to various Broadway shows and even to watch live Mets games. Curt Kramer asks for nothing in exchange of his philanthropy. He only wants to help the kids not only physically, but also emotionally and mentally.
His busy life with Mazuma Holding Corporation, his very own company, does not put a stop to his acts of charity. In fact, merely the thought of the children laughing and smiling because of his charity work inspires him to do even more for his company. The children inspires him, Curt Kramer inspires his workforce to generate more positive results. In the end, everybody is happy and successful in his or her own endeavors.
