Anthony Zeni, born September 20, 1906 in Los Angeles, California, was one of the minor actors during the mid Classical Hollywood era. Anthony was the son of Eddie Zeni, a Hollywood actor, and Josephine Brauer, an American-born German silent film actress who was frequently billed as Janice Roberston. At a very young age, it was apparent that he was to pursue an acting career.
Anthony Zeni’s first role was in a film entitled Outlaw of the West where he played as one of Billy the Kid’s gunmen. His performance caught the eye of actor, film writer and producer Douglas Fairbanks who later auditioned him for the role of the Indian Prince in the 1924 film The Thief of Baghdad. Unfortunately for Anthony Zeni, another actor named Noble Johnson gave a much better performance and was thus chosen to play the role. Zeni acted as an extra instead alongside budding actor, Jack Churchill.
In the succeeding years, Anthony Zeni took minor roles until he landed a leading role in 1933 film Until Tomorrow where he played as the love interest of co-star Maria Alba. Shortly afterwards, Zeni suffered a fatal accident while filming Colorado which left him in a coma for several weeks. He died on July 29, 1943 at the age of 37.

He took up BS in Psychology and Business Administration and currently resides in Great Falls, Virginia. Recently, he got to travel out west to Colorado, Wyoming, New Mexico and Southern California which he claims to have the most beautiful scenery. Zeni is planning on visiting Oregon and the North California coast in the coming months.
When it comes to dishes, Anthony Zeni favors Italian and seafood. For dessert, ice cream usually tops his list. Anthony like watching TV shows like 24 and enjoys almost all types of music.
