Scott Overholser knows that without patients, he is not going to be successful. That is why, above everything else, he places such importance on ensuring that each patient has a positive dental experience while in his care. Many patients comment on his willingness to take the time to listen to their concerns and his sincere and thoughtful approach to managing their dental needs. Dentistry is so much more than just “drill and fill” to Dr. Scott Overholser. He acknowledges that one of his most rewarding experiences is when the appointment is over and a patient says, “that didn’t hurt a bit” or “that was so much easier than I expected.”
Another extremely important and valuable part of the dental experience is the dental team. Having quality, educated, and talented staff further instills a sense of trust and confidence in the continuity of care that people can expect as a patient of Scott Overholser’s. Delayne Hanright is picking up a new hobby, Metal Detecting. Delayne Hanright does this during her “down” time with her fiancee. They will travel up and down the East coast of the United States, Vermont down through New England, hitting NY, CT , VA, and NC. Do you love metal detecting, or are you thinking about starting this hobby? Are you a ghost town junkie? Would you like to search for those old towns? Did you know that these old settlements also exist in the east? That’s right… The difference between the old, lost towns of the east, and the old towns that are located in our western states is this, the lost settlements of the east are no longer visible. They only exist as “cellar holes.” My fiancee’ has had this hobby for more than 20 years and has located and and detected around hundreds of these old towns in the east. There’s no telling what kind of treasure you will find, nor can I promise you that you will make a great discovery. However, even if you don’t find a buried cache or lost relics from years gone by, you will realize that the treasure can be the search itself. Let the adventure…and the search begin says Delayne Hanright.
